Panchgani
Panchgani, which is located around 20 km away from Mahabaleshwar. It is a hill station in Satara district. Perched at an elevation of 4300 ft above sea level and 200 ft below Mahabaleshwar, this hill station was discovered during the British Rule by John Chesson. Nestled in the middle of Sahyadri mountain ranges, Panchgani has become a popular tourist attraction. Sydney Point on a hillock facing the Krishna Valley and Parsi Point on the way to Mahabaleshwar, are the two most popular vantage points in the destination. Table Land, Devil's Kitchen and Mapro Garden are some of the other attractions of this destination. Panchgani can be easily accessed by buses from Mahabaleshwar.

Pratapgad Fort
Built in 1656 AD by Moropant Trimbak Pingale at the order of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in order to combat the power of the rebellious rulers of Javali basin located nearby. Also famous for being the host of the historic battle fought between Shivaji and Afzal Khan.
